Engine will not start

Hey guys need some advise...I suspect Fuel Pump but if you have any other ideas that would be great.

When key advanced to accessories no fuel pump whine
Disconnected connector at pump check ground...good
Checked for power to the pump on the gray wire, I get 12 V to pump for a few seconds while key on accessories then drops to Zero, gather this is normal from what I hear.
Reconnect still no whine.

What do you guys think? Pump?
